About Us
Sam Sims started ViTe because he saw a gap between what owners wanted and the understanding of how to get there. Project management on this scale has an enormous learning curve and with a thorough understanding of how it worked, Sam saw a space to start ViTe.
His experience in construction management and design degrees in interior design, architecture and landscaping allow him to confidently represent owners and guide their interests. Sam worked in facilities management and architecture from the service side for years before going to the consumer side to help clients negotiate the rigors of building and space management.
Because of his vast experience with Architects, Engineers and Contractors (AEC), Sam and the team at ViTe are able to quickly and efficiently identify the challenges of a project and offer suggestions to address and resolve issues.
