Real Page

Real Page (Formerly Level One)

Challenge
The challenge with Real Page (formerly Level One), an apartment sourcing company, is that they experienced massive growth in the first five years and were working out of 15,000 square feet with 200 people. They purchased a 30,000 square foot building and realized early on that they couldn't manage their business and the relocation of their company.

Insight
They originally wanted to build several buildings on their property, but I showed them that it made better economic sense to to renovate one building and construct a second that would house the call center operations.

Solution
I came in as project manager and altered the design to economized the density and efficiencies along with a project phasing strategy.  This strategy allowed the corporate operations to be relocated earlier while the call center was under construction.

Result
I built the 30,000 square feet, relocated a portion of their company and then began design and construction of a 25,000 square foot call center.

Ultimately, they sold the company but kept the employees and staff. The owners were very satisfied with our project management services and then contracted our facilities management services until 2013 when we agreed to release our facilities manager to their internal operations and employment.
