Challenge
Greenville Health System was looking to locate a convenient care center in a high density market in Greer.
Insight
We wanted to create a stand-alone facility that was not a party of any strip mall in order to provide an attractive site convenient for access.
Solution
We entered into an extensive property search that fit a prescribed acreage, parking and building square footage. Sites were narrowed and resulted in the current site across from Riverside High School in the heart of a high density Greer community.
Result
Greenville Health System continues to serve the Greer communities from its third convenient care site.
