Our management plan for selection and bidding:
- Vendor pre-qualification and reference checks
- Conduct General Contractor selection or bidding process
- Conduct direct purchase vendor selection or bidding process
- Prepare comparative analysis of bids received
- Assist Owner in selection and qualification of the Contractor and vendor(s)
- Assist in contract negotiations
