Design Development
ViTe's design development team can help bridge the gap between the visions of architects and designers with those visions of the Owner and the mission for the project, while paying special attention to budgets and cost savings.
During this phase of the development, ViTe will:
- Conduct and document project coordination meetings
- Expedite coordination between architect and Owner's consultants
- Review and prepare payment recommendations for all invoices
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Review cost estimates
- Make applicable design recommendations to maintain Owner's interest
